Feature Card

Terms of Sale

Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms apply when you order a custom card from Feature Card. By paying an invoice from us, you agree to them. Feature Card is a product of Lloyd Ventures, LLC, 555 E 100 S #203, Salt Lake City, UT 84102. Questions: hello@featurecard.co.

Pilot program

Feature Card is currently in a pilot run. The card designs, pricing, payment method, mailing method (a stamped USPS envelope without a tracking number) and delivery timing described on this site are pilot arrangements and may change after the pilot. Changes never apply to an order you have already paid for. Pilot cards are printed once. Nothing on this site is a promise that any card will increase in value.

What we sell

A custom trading card made from the round, event, ace or course details you send us. A standard card is poker size (2.5 × 3.5 inches), printed on matte card stock, front and back. You can add a foil copy of the same design to a matte order. Foil changes with the light and the angle, so a foil card will not look exactly like the digital preview.

How ordering works

Price and tax

A matte card is $6.99. A foil copy added to an order is $9.99. Shipping within the United States is included for both. Utah sales tax is added to orders shipped to Utah addresses. Prices are in US dollars.

Design approval

The approved preview is final. You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, scores and other details you send us. If something on the preview is wrong, tell us before you pay and we will correct it.

Delivery

Plan on 3 to 6 weeks from the day your invoice is paid. Cards are printed in weekly batches, then inspected, packed and mailed by us using USPS in a stamped envelope without a tracking number. If we cannot meet the window, we will email you a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellation, refunds and reprints

You can cancel for a full refund before your card goes to print. After that, custom cards are not refundable except as described in our Refund and Reprint Policy, which covers print defects, damage and cards that do not arrive.

Where we ship

Orders ship to addresses in the United States. International orders may be possible case by case: email us before ordering, and any extra shipping cost or fees are agreed with you before you pay. Please give an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for a card sent to the address you provided if that address was incorrect.

What you send us

You confirm that the name, results and other details you send are yours, or that you have permission from the people or organization named to use them. A tournament director or club must have the right to use the event name. We may decline a request that includes illegal or offensive content, third-party logos, sponsor logos or the likeness of real professional players. See Content and Permissions.

You give us a limited license to use what you send only to make, preview and mail your card. We show example cards publicly only with your permission.

Our designs

The card designs, the Feature Card name and the logo belong to Lloyd Ventures, LLC. You own your physical card and may keep, display or give it away for personal use. You may not reproduce our designs for sale.

Not affiliated

Feature Card is not affiliated with or endorsed by the PDGA, UDisc, any professional player, or any other brand named on a card or page.

Payments

Card payments on our invoices are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Disclaimers and liability

Cards are made by hand from the details you provide, and printed colours can differ slightly from a screen. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. We may update them from time to time; the version in effect when you pay applies to your order.
