A few plain rules about what you can send us to put on a card.

Use your own results, or have permission

Send names, scores and details that belong to you, or that you have permission to use. If a card names another person, that person should be fine with it.

Tournament directors and clubs

For a TD Event card, you should be the tournament director or have the director's or club's permission to use the event and club name. Sponsor names are printed as plain text only, and only when you supply them. We do not print sponsor logos.

What we will not print

• The name or likeness of real professional players without their permission.
• Brand or sponsor logos.
• Anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.

If a request falls outside these rules, we will tell you before anything is printed.

How we use what you send

We use your details only to make and mail your card. We show example cards publicly only with your permission. See our Privacy Policy.
