Privacy Policy
Last updated October 20, 2026
This policy explains what Feature Card collects when you request a card, why, and who sees it. Feature Card is a product of Lloyd Ventures, LLC ("we", "us"). We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email address, shipping address, your choice of card, the details you type, any links you paste, and any screenshots you attach.
- Questions and ideas form: your name (optional), email address and the message you write. We use it only to reply to you.
- Where you came from: if you arrived through a link that carries a source tag (for example from a social post or a QR code), we record that tag with your request.
- Technical data: our host receives your IP address and browser details when you visit. We briefly use your IP address to limit repeated submissions and block spam. If an email to us fails, your submission may be written to our private server logs so that it is not lost.
- Visit counts: we use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and requests. It does not use advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you.
- Payment details: we never see or store your card number. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Why we use it
- To build your card and send you a digital preview for approval.
- To email you about your request, send your invoice, and tell you when your card is printed and mailed.
- To mail your card to the address you gave us.
- To keep the records we need for taxes, refunds and disputes, and to protect the form from abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
We share information only with the services that help us do the work above:
- Hosting: Vercel, which serves this website and handles your request.
- Email delivery: Resend, which delivers your order request, and anything you send through the questions form, (including attachments) to our inbox.
- Email list: Kit, which stores the email address and first name from an order request, with tags such as your card type. Messages sent through the questions form are not added to the list. During our pilot we write to people personally and do not send mass emails.
- Invoices and payments: Bluevine, which sends and tracks invoices, and Stripe, which processes card payments on those invoices.
- Printing: The Game Crafter, which prints your card. It receives the name and details that appear on your card. We mail each card ourselves, so the printer does not receive your shipping address.
- Shipping: the US Postal Service delivers your card to the address you gave us.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request, messages and files while we make your card and for as long as we reasonably need them to handle questions, reprints and refunds. Invoices and tax records are kept for at least three years. After that we delete what we no longer need.
Your choices
- You can opt out of our emails at any time by replying to any message or writing to hello@featurecard.co.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We will do so unless we must keep a record (for example an invoice) by law.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law. Write to us and we will honor the rights that apply to you.
Security
Your request travels over an encrypted connection and is handled by the providers above. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and we keep it to what we need.
Children
Feature Card is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
